We offer extensive testing to identify when elements aren’t behaving as expected. We make recommendations and offer solutions (and when needed, creative workarounds). Our QA services consider a course from a developer and instructional design perspective. We also offer copy editing services.

We offer course migration services to help update legacy trainings. This may include updating content to align to new standards, converting PPTs to eLearnings, or updating courses to HTML5. 

We use a collaborative approach to draw content from your experts and materials. We produce a storyboard that serves as a prototype of your course. This includes narrative script, course flow, interactions, media types, and other elements you will see in the finished product. We follow best practices of instructional design, ensuring that content aligns to top learning theories and fits the needs of your learners and your organization.

We assist in creating custom learning resources and graphics, aligned to your brand. This includes on screen illustrations and animations, charts, diagrams, or fictional assets to support activities presented in the training. We also offer custom infographics and resources such form fillable PDFs, survey tools, job aids, and more.
